How To Register For Your Courses

Step 1: Campus Connect username and password

You will need your Campus Connect credentials to register for classes. You can also pay your tuition, view your grades and print your classes by logging on to Campus Connect at https://campusconnect.depaul.edu. If you do not have your Campus Connect credentials, please contact the University Help Desk at 3123628765. Technical support staff will assist you with your request within business hours Monday - Friday from 8 am - 6 pm CST.

Step 2: Register for courses

Web Registration: The fastest and the most convenient way to register for courses is on Campus Connect at https://campusconnect.depaul.edu.

Please note that you can register for all courses on Campus Connect except for Foundations of Adult Learning, Research Seminar, Advanced Project, Externship, Guided Independent Study(GIS) and Faculty Designed Independent Study (FDIS). For more information on Faculty Designed Independent Studies (FDIS), visit http://www.snl.depaul.edu/Courses/Undergraduate/Independent_Studies.asp . All of these courses require completion of pre-requisites and therefore, need to be registered by paper registration form. To view the list of pre-requisites, please download the form from the link below.
Please note: You are financially responsible for all courses you register in addition to any additional costs if the University has to pursue payment.

Fax or Email Registration:
Download this form and send it via fax to 312-362-8809 or via email to snlonline@depaul.edu.

To view a complete listing of all SNL fall quarter courses and other important registration information, please download the SNL Registration Letter available at
http://snl.depaul.edu/WebMedia/StudentResources/Fall10BA.pdf

Step 3: Update your email address

If you are registering for a Distance Education class, you are responsible to ensure you have an updated email on file. The Center for Distance Education uses the HOME email address that is listed on Campus Connect as the primary method to contact you. If you update your email address on Campus Connect, please notify the Center for Distance Education via fax at 312-362-8809.
Please note: The Center for Distance Education faculty and staff use a listserv software to communicate with you. If you are using a Hotmail account or an email account from work which has high security on incoming messages, you may not receive messages from the listserv. If you are using an AOL browser or AOL email account, you might also encounter problems receiving emails. Therefore, it is recommended that you establish and use an email account that allows your instructors and the Center for Distance Education to send important emails with attachments to you. An email account that gives you an option to set security on incoming messages is recommended. Yahoo is a recommended email account and it is free of cost.

Step 4: Order your books

Books for all SNL online classes are available through our online book vendor MBS Direct. Visit http://www.mbsdirect.net to order books. To reach MBS Direct by phone, call 800-325-3252. You can obtain an electronic copy of the course study guide from the "Resources" section of the course website during the first week of class. Please Note: Books for SNL online courses are not available at the onsite DePaul bookstores.

Important Information

Note that all competences are 2 credits unless otherwise noted. All of the courses listed with an asterisk (*) can be registered only by fax or email.

Course Status.

To find out if a course is open or closed for enrollment, please check on Campus Connect at https://campusconnect.depaul.edu. If you do not have a Campus Connect username and password, you can view courses as a guest user at https://campusconnect.depaul.edu/psp/SAPRD90/EMPLOYEE/HRMS/h/?tab=DEFAULT

Continuing Activity Status:

Please register for this status if you would like to remain an active student but are not planning to take any courses this quarter. The fee is $50.
